Privacy & Security

Plain language about what this site collects, what it doesn't, and how to get anything removed.

Last updated: August 19, 2026

The short version

  • The NeuroMeet Navigator does not store what you type.
  • No advertising cookies, no analytics trackers, no data selling.
  • The only cookie this site sets is the login session for members of The Circle.
  • Anything you do send — a form, an account — can be deleted on request by emailing team@neuromeetpros.com.

NeuroMeet Navigator

What you type into the Navigator is sent once to the AI provider that generates your response, and the response is streamed straight back to your browser. It is not logged, saved to a database, or attached to any identifier. You don't need an account, and closing the page ends the session for good.

Because the response is generated by an AI model, please avoid including names or details you wouldn't want processed by a third-party model provider. The Navigator is for reflection and communication support — not medical, legal, or HR advice.

Guide requests and reading recommendations

Both forms treat your name and email as optional. What you submit is stored in this site's backend and emailed to team@neuromeetpros.com so it can be reviewed. Links you share are screened before they reach review.

Submissions are kept indefinitely so the reading lists and guide backlog stay accurate. Email me and I'll remove yours.

The Circle (member accounts)

Joining The Circle stores your email, display name, whatever profile details you choose to add, and the posts, replies, and reactions you make. This exists so the community works — your posts are visible to other confirmed members and to me as administrator. The Circle is not public and is not indexed by search engines.

Member data is kept indefinitely while your account is active. Removing an account deletes the account, its profile, and its posts.

Email

This site sends account confirmation emails and, if you haven't confirmed yet, up to two reminders. There are no marketing emails from this site.

The NeuroMeet Substack is a separate service with its own privacy policy — subscribing there is between you and Substack.

Cookies

The only cookie set by this site is the authentication session for The Circle, which keeps you signed in. There are no advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your choices

Email team@neuromeetpros.com to request a copy of what's stored about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. No account is required to ask.

Changes to this policy

If how this site handles data changes, this page changes with it and the last-updated date above moves. This page was last updated on August 19, 2026.

Security FAQ

Is what I type into the Navigator stored anywhere?
No. Your input is sent once to the AI provider to generate that single response, streamed back to your screen, and then it's gone. There's no account, no transcript, and nothing on this site that links a Navigator session back to you.
Do you use tracking cookies or sell data?
No advertising cookies, no analytics trackers, and nothing is sold or shared with data brokers. The only cookie this site sets is the login session cookie for members of The Circle.
Who can see my posts in The Circle?
Confirmed members of The Circle and the site administrator. The Circle is not public and its content is not indexed by search engines.
How is my account protected?
Accounts use email-and-password sign-in with email confirmation, and passwords are never stored in readable form. Access to member data is enforced at the database level, so one member cannot read another member's private profile data.
What happens to a submission after I send it?
Guide requests and reading recommendations are saved in the site's backend and emailed to team@neuromeetpros.com so they can be reviewed. Links included in recommendations are screened before review. Name and email are optional on both forms.
How do I report a security concern?
Email team@neuromeetpros.com with what you found. Reports are welcome and taken seriously — this site was vibe-coded, and outside eyes help.
